Alan Charlton studied at Sheffield School of Art,
Camberwell School of Art and the RA London. He has been
painting grey monochromes for the last 35 years, they where first shown at
Konrad Fischer Galerie in 1972. He has had recent solo exhibitions at Annely
Juda Fine Art London, Dörrie Priess Berlin, Annandale Galleries, Sydney and
Bregenz, Austria.
Michel Durand-Dessert is a French art dealer. He set up his first gallery in 1975 in Paris. In 1991 the gallery relocated to a former factory, built at the beginning of the century, redesigned by architect Didier Guichard.
